Supporting digital innovation in schools
Digital innovation plays a central role in education to support young generations in entering the new digital era. The EU-funded iHub4Schools project aims to propose acceleration mechanisms for the adoption of digital innovation in and across schools. The project will support a minimum of 75 European schools and 600 teachers to establish Regional Innovation Hubs through different mechanisms. These mechanisms will focus on the collaboration between digitally advanced and less advanced teachers and schools and develop a locally, methodologically and technologically adaptable whole-school mentoring model. iHub4Schools will cover inter- and intra-school levels and integrate innovative assessment methods and the Learning Analytics Toolbox as a permanent monitoring method.
